Changed your mind? No worries, that happens.

If your order doesn't work out, you've got 14 days from the moment it arrives to send it back for a refund, no questions asked. Try it on like you would in a store, just don't wear it out and about. Keeping the tags on - big plus.

Here's how it works:

• Email us at info@staysalu.com within those 14 days to let us know you're sending something back
• We'll get you a return label, the shipping cost comes out of your refund
• Pop it in the mail within a week of getting the label
• Once it's back with us (or we can see it's on its way), you'll have your refund within 14 days

Prefer a different size instead of a refund? Just let us know within 14 days of your order arriving and we'll sort an exchange, as long as it's unworn with tags still on.

We currently don't offer worldwide shipping. Please contact us at info@staysalu.com for special requests.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed within the Netherlands will take around 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
